We are honoured to invite you to join us on a very special evening to help us spread much needed love and raise our collective consciousness through the therapeutic practice of Yoga Nidra and Sacred Sound bath.

We will indulge our bodies, minds and souls in a soothing Yoga Nidra practice and a gentle sound journey facilitated by Annie & Jason.

50% of the ticket prices from this special event will be donated to Hand Up Toronto, a beautiful organization that holds bi-weekly sandwich runs at Moss Park. This evening is all about connecting to the self, to the ancient practices of Yoga Nidra and Sacred Sound, and to our fellow human beings. No prior experience is required. All levels are welcome.

Annie Keshishian (Arjan Priya) is a Reiki Master, certified teacher of Kundalini Yoga, Hatha/Vinyasa Yoga, therapeutic Yoga Nidra and Gong Yoga of Holistic Resonance by Gong Master Don Conreaux. She immerses herself in the world of Sacred Sound Healing by playing the Gong, wind chimes, singing bowls, tuning forks, shamanic flute and drums. She strongly believes that the divine frequency of sacred sound, combined with the powerful energy of Kundalini Yoga, heals the mind, body and soul. She feels a strong connection to Pachamama (Mother Earth) and to all beings in this vast universe and is honoured to be a channel for the teachings of Yoga, Sacred Sound and some shamanic traditions to be passed on to the community.

Jason Balducci is an Italian multi-instrumentalist, composer, street busker and sound healer who creates his own unique approach to music and sound.

He has redefined the musical possibilities of the handpan with his unique, poetic and percussive style; by playing multiple instruments simultaneously, he creates beautiful, mesmerizing, and intense music. His warm-hearted humility allows everyone to come home to a deep place of peace and well being.

Jason is also a contemporary figurative painter.
